It's one week into my 2012 Best of the Best Reading Challenge (
read about it here), and I just finished my first book. During last year's challenge I blogged at the end of every month, but not about each individual book. This year, I'd like to keep a better record of what I've read, and I'd like to be able to share these books with you; so I'm going to attempt to post a blog entry about each one. At the same time, I don't feel like I'll have the time to write a full review over each and every book I read, so I'm going to follow the trend of SMITH Magazine's popular six-word memoirs (
Here's a great explanation of how these memoirs came about and how they can be used in the classroom.), and write six-word book reviews for each book I read. Basically, that means I have to condense my review of the book into exactly six words--no more, no less.
